The GOLIATH BURGER is over 3LBS. OF FOOD and comprised of 4 1/2 Lb. AAA Pure Beef Patties, 12 slices of cheese (cheddar, Swiss and mozzarella) and 1/2Lbs. of TWO ARROWS BACON. Garnished with an abundance of mayonnaise, pickles, tomatoes, onion and lettuce served on a GIANT sesame bun with a MOUNTAIN of fries!!!
THIS IS A THREE ROUND COMPETITION.

1) QUALIFIER- Come at your leisure and take the challenge! (Reservations Recommended). Competitors must eat all food on their plate in 30 minutes or less to qualify and return to the semi-finals.

2) SEMI-FINALS- Qualifiers from Round one are invited back to complete the challenge a second time in a competitive group setting. This time participants will be timed and the fastest 2 individuals to complete the challenge will proceed to the finals. At least 2 Semi- Final Rounds will be held.

3) FINALS- The winning participants from the semi-final rounds battle it out to see who can complete the GOLIATH BURGER CHALLENGE THE FASTEST! The Participant to complete all the food on their plate the fastest WINS the $1000 in CASH and PRIZES!

GOLIATH BURGER CHALLENGE RULES
Round 1
QUALIFIER (September 1st – November 17th)
Interested people that would like to complete the qualifying GOLIATH BURGER CHALLANGE are invited to attend Dixieland Grill at 700 Chiefswood Road, Hagersville (Six Nations), Ontario during regular business hours by 10pm on November 17th to participate in the Qualifying Round of the Challenge.
- Participants must complete all food on their plate within 30 minutes to successfully qualify for the Semi- Finals.
- Contestants must be 18 years old and over.
- Contestants must sign a waiver.
Successful contestants earn certificate for completing the challenge, a coupon for a FREE Starter or Dessert on their next visit and a chance to move on to the finals to WIN $1000 in cash and prizes.
Round 2
SEMI FINALS (Starts the Week of November 18th, and will proceed into the following week depending on the number of successful qualifying participants.)
Qualifying participants will be invited back to complete the challenge a 2nd time in a group competition setting.
- The fastest 2 participants in each group to complete the challenge will move into the finals.
- The Participant must eat all food on their plate to be considered successful.
- Contestants must be 18 years old and over.
- Contestants must sign a waiver.
The fastest 2 participants will be awarded with their GOLIATH BURGER for Free!
Round 3
FINALS (Tentatively Scheduled for December 2nd, 2023)
The contestant to complete the GOLIATH BURGER CHALLENGE the fastest will be awarded with $1000 in cash and prizes.
- The Participant must eat all food on their plate to be considered successful.
- Participants must be 18 years old and over.
- Participants must sign a waiver.
GRAND PRIZE WINNER earns their GOLIATH BURGER for free, the $1000 in CASH and PRIZES, a Dixieland Goliath Burger T-shirt and the GOLIATH BURGER challenge Trophy!
2ND PRIZE WINNER earns their GOLIATH BURGER for free, $100 Dixieland Grill Gift Card, $50 Harry Pottr’s Gift Certificate, a Dixieland Goliath Burger Challenge T-shirt and the GOLIATH BURGER challenge Trophy!

​Remaining finalists earn a coupon for a FREE Starter or Dessert on their next visit to Dixieland Grill.
- Waivers must be signed by all contestants before entering the competition.

- Appointed Dixieland Grill staff will be considered the judges in each round, with the potential of special guest appointed judges at any time.
​
- ALL food on the plate must be completely consumed (only crumbs left, nothing less than a cm to be left on plate) and fully swallowed before the stop watch will be stopped.
- No substitutes and no allergy accommodation for challenge meals.
- This is strictly meant for entertainment purposes.
- Friends and family are encouraged to come and cheer you on.
